We will suggest repairs and trades to help with cleaning and staging. We’ll handle the paperwork, help you understand your timelines and net profits. We will also manage the photos, showings, feedback, marketing, and closing. Sit back, and let us do the heavy lifting.
We hope you understand that left up to us, the market would be busy, the homes will sell in days and everyone would be sipping pina coladas in no time! However, the truth is, the market changes and we, as your agents, want to make sure you are prepared for the market you’re selling in.
This means expected time on market, the amount of showings received and the MOST important detail... the price! Yesterday’s prices may not be today’s reality. Have realistic expectations and know, we are working to help you achieve the best possible sale.
Remember the saying, “it ain’t over til it’s over?” Well, closing on a home is a lot like that. Once we’ve prepared your home, gotten it show ready, listed and marketed the property, priced it well, and have gone under contract - there is MORE.
We will have to allow the Buyer(s) access to your home during inspections, share any information with the Buyer(s), allow them an opportunity to inspect the home, ask for repairs, have their appraisal completed, and wait to make it to the finish line - the closing table. This can be an emotional process, which is why we like to remind you when you’re selling your home... do your best to remove any/all emotions. It can be difficult, but it will make the process less painful.
